I would give ten stars for shipping if I could. It was said to be two weeks to arrive, it took two days. Thank goodness I don't have porch pirates in my neighborhood because the package was sitting there in front of my door stoop for probably a few hours. The wig is great. Very minimal shedding. Fits my head perfectly. my only criticisms of the wig are that the knots are not bleached, and the blond is a little bit on the brassy side. But those are things that you can crack yourself so I definitely recommend this wig if you can customize it
